In order to use this website and/or participate in any services offered through this website, including making donations, submitting adoption inquiries, or contacting T&D Donkey Rescue, Inc., you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must also have the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

You are not permitted to use this website or our services if doing so is prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you.

Donations

T&D Donkey Rescue, Inc. accepts donations to support the rescue, care, rehabilitation, feeding, housing, veterinary treatment, and placement of donkeys in need.

By making a donation through this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You are voluntarily choosing to support T&D Donkey Rescue, Inc.

2. You are responsible for reviewing all donation details before submitting your payment.

3. Once a donation is submitted, it may be considered final unless otherwise required by law or approved by T&D Donkey Rescue, Inc.

4. Donations do not guarantee adoption approval, placement of a specific donkey, sponsorship rights, ownership rights, or any other service unless clearly stated in writing by T&D Donkey Rescue, Inc.

5. T&D Donkey Rescue, Inc. reserves the right to use donations where they are most needed to support the rescue and care of the animals, unless a specific restricted donation has been agreed upon in writing.

Adoption Information

This website may provide information about donkeys available for adoption, adoption requirements, adoption applications, and general rescue services.

Submitting an adoption inquiry or application does not guarantee approval or placement of a donkey. T&D Donkey Rescue, Inc. reserves the right to review applications, conduct interviews, request additional information, complete property or care checks, and deny or approve adoption applications at its sole discretion.

All adoptions are subject to approval and may require a separate written adoption agreement. Any adoption fee, care requirements, transportation arrangements, return policy, or post-adoption expectations will be outlined separately as part of the adoption process.

T&D Donkey Rescue, Inc. makes every effort to provide accurate information about each donkey’s known history, health, behavior, and care needs. However, because many rescue animals come from unknown, neglected, or changing circumstances, we cannot guarantee future behavior, temperament, medical outcomes, compatibility with other animals, or suitability for a specific home or purpose.

Animal Care and Safety

Information provided on this website is for general educational and informational purposes only. It should not be considered veterinary advice, medical advice, training advice, or a substitute for professional care.

If you adopt, foster, sponsor, transport, or otherwise interact with a donkey through T&D Donkey Rescue, Inc., you understand that animals can be unpredictable and may cause injury, property damage, or other harm.
